If you're not crazy for Crazy Cups and wish to return your unopened box for any reason, click here to request an RMA number. Send back your unopened box and we'll issue a full credit for your purchase. Because this is a food item, we would be crazy to issue refunds for opened boxes of coffee/tea/cocoa - so please don't send them.
